• Clasps, jump rings, or connectors that break or stop functioning properly

What's Not Covered:

• General wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, tarnishing)
• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or third-party repairs
• Lost or missing stones caused by external impact rather than a setting defect
