Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For international orders, return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any description and information concerning the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are provided for information only and might vary on the delivered piece.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@unseensjewelry.com and provide the following details: 

  1. Full name and order number
  2. Reason for return 
  3. Clear photos of the item to verify its condition

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by logging into your account at https://myaccount.unseensjewelry.com or by contacting us at info@unseensjewelry.com. Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon return, we will refund the price of the item(s) plus the standard outbound shipping cost you were charged. We will not refund premium or express shipping upgrades. Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned under this right of withdrawal.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
