Do you require a signature or ID at delivery?

Yes. To protect your valuable purchase, deliveries require a signature upon receipt. For high-value items, you may also be asked to present an ID to confirm identity with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Warranty

What is your Refund Policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-made, engraved, or resized items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are crafted specifically for you. Returned orders will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your case and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Do you offer warranty and repair services?

Yes. All our jewelry is covered by a 6 months warranty starting from the date you receive the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear.

Unseens Jewelry only offers repairs for jewelry purchased through our official website. For repairs on jewelry purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
